Anna has over seven years of experience in AI recruitment and joined the Acceler8 team in 2024 after previously leading our sister brand, Understanding Recruitment's Machine Learning & AI team. She prides herself on the extensive network she has built in the industry and, as a result, is able to connect top talent with relevant opportunities.
Her favorite aspect of her job is her passion for diversity in the AI industry, where she has actively contributed by hosting podcasts on neurodiversity and women leaders in AI. Additionally, she hosted an event in London last year for International Women's Day.
In recognition of her efforts, she was awarded Outstanding Advocate for Women in Technology in 2023 at the Women in Tech Employer Awards.
A little-known fact about Anna is that she has performed at the Royal Albert Hall.
