Joshua joined the Acceler8 Talent Sourcing team in September 2026. A graduate of the University of East Anglia (UEA), where he studied Psychology, Joshua brings a strong understanding of people and communication to his role in recruitment. Before joining Acceler8 Talent, he gained valuable experience as a Bar Team Leader at Wetherspoons, developing his leadership and people skills in a fast-paced environment.
Outside of work, Joshua is passionate about fitness and has even won a boxing fight! He also enjoys experimenting with new foods, both trying and making them, and heading to Camden to explore the markets and discover something new.
