Kelly Dougherty

Before joining Acceler8, Kelly was in school at the University of Connecticut and received a Bachelors in Finance and a minor in Economics. Before settling into recruitment, She had internships at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and at Alliance Golf, a asset management company that owns a handful of golf courses around New England. The thing that really drew her in was how much she truly enjoys creating impactful relationships with people who she can help in some way, in this case, to find a new, fitting role!
Kelly also loves learning; outside of work she's always reading and trying to learn something new about history and the parts of it that she finds the most interesting. Working in the AI and tech space, there's always something new to learn and something fun to (at least try to) understand, which is a trait she deeply values about her job.
