Kirstie joined Acceler8 Talent in 2024 from X4 Technology. With over 4 years of specialized recruitment in Data, Machine Learning, and Software, she has developed particular expertise in helping pre-seed to Series A companies build and scale their technical teams.
Her recruitment philosophy centers on cultivating genuine relationships with both active and passive candidates, ensuring clients have access to exceptional talent. Kirstie takes pride in staying ahead of market trends and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives beyond the immediate placement process.
When she's not connecting talent with opportunities, Kirstie balances her reputation as the "office baker" with her running regimen. Having already completed one of the world's major marathons, she's set her sights on conquering all seven.
