Sam has been with Acceler8 and the wider UR Group for 15 years, starting as a trainee and progressing to a senior leadership position.
Through his tenure, he has grown teams and divisions that focus on very specific areas of the technology spectrum, and by doing so, the teams are now able to provide highly specialized candidates for the most niche tech requirements.
Sam's favorite part of his role is seeing the team achieve key milestones, promotions, and progression in both their recruitment and personal lives. He thrives on their success and takes pride in fostering a culture of ambition, development, and high performance.
A fun fact about Sam is that he used to play rugby for Saracens when he was younger.
His passion for building specialist teams and championing his colleagues’ growth makes him an invaluable member of the Acceler8 team.
