This is an opportunity to learn fast, take ownership early, and work on complex systems alongside experienced engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Build full-stack features with TypeScript (React/Next.js) and Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs powering AI-driven decision tools
- Deploy and integrate machine learning models into real-world workflows
- Optimise systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Ship quickly in a collaborative, high-accountability engineering environment
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year or recent Computer Science graduates from top universities
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
- Hands-on coding experience from internships, projects, or research
- Evidence of excellence: open-source, hackathons, impactful university work
- Curious, ambitious engineers who love solving hard problems
- Able to work onsite in Denver at least 3 days/week
