Machine Learning Engineer

Machine Learning Engineer – San Francisco, CA

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-growth startup using AI to apply algorithmic trading precision to a $600B+ digital advertising market, building real-time systems that autonomously optimize ad spend.

What you'll work on:

• Develop and refine customer value prediction models (LTV)
• Support the design of budget allocation and bidding optimization systems
• Integrate with Meta, Google, and TikTok APIs to automate spend in real time
• Contribute across the full ML lifecycle - experimentation, validation, deployment, and monitoring
• Help build simulation and backtesting frameworks to evaluate strategies before rollout
• Monitor performance and detect model drift in fast-changing market conditions

What they're looking for: 

• 2+ years experience building and deploying ML models in production
• Strong grounding in core ML techniques (regression, classification, tree-based models, etc.)
• Familiarity with optimization and experimentation frameworks
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions
• Experience writing robust, production-ready code (handling scale, edge cases, failures)
• Exposure to APIs and data pipelines in real-world environments
