I'm partnering with a Berkeley photonic-computing startup building next-generation photonic compute to hire a Photonic Circuit Design Engineer
You'll own the photonic layout and tape-out flow connecting the PIC and electronic IC teams
🧠 What you'll be working on:
- Own PIC layout, DRC/LVS, signoff and tape-out
- Build Cadence Photonics / Virtuoso workflows
- Work with GlobalFoundries 45 nm
- Design and simulate silicon photonic devices and circuits
- Integrate across EIC, packaging and measurement
