💰 $190K–$290K Base + Equity

We're partnering with a rapidly scaling AI startup that has recently raised a major Series B and is transforming a massive, fragmented industry through AI-powered marketplace technology.

This is an opportunity to join as one of the earliest ML hires and have a direct impact on product, strategy, and company growth.

What You'll Be Working On:

You'll build production machine learning systems that improve:

• Recommendations and ranking
• Search relevance and retrieval
• Marketplace matchmaking and personalization
• Supply and demand optimization
• AI-driven automation and operational efficiency

This is a highly applied ML role focused on real-world outcomes, not research or prototype LLM projects.

What You'll Do:

• Own ML systems end-to-end, from data and modeling through deployment and monitoring
• Build ranking and recommendation systems used in production
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and business impact
• Run experiments, analyse results, and continuously improve performance
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Help shape ML best practices as the function scales

What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience shipping ranking, recommendation, search, or personalization systems

✅ Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and experimentation

✅ Ability to connect model performance to business outcomes

✅ Experience owning production ML systems from idea to deployment

✅ Thrives in fast-moving, startup environments
