Founding Software Engineer | Cyber Operations & AI | San Francisco, CA

We’re building a new class of offensive cyber capabilities for government and defense operations - along with the systems to detect and neutralize similar threats. This isn’t traditional vulnerability research; it’s a novel, high-impact form of cyber operations that could redefine digital conflict.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own software end-to-end: backend services, data pipelines, and operator tools
• Prototype capabilities with leadership, turning ambiguous goals into real-world systems
• Develop detection and labeling pathways with clear performance metrics
• Embed with users as needed to capture signals and tighten feedback loops
• Use reverse engineering when it unlocks progress, while keeping software robust
• Leave codebases cleaner, more reliable, and production-ready

Tech: Python, TypeScript/Node, backend services, data pipelines, applied AI

This is a hands-on, mission-first role in a small, high-agency team where your work directly impacts national-scale operations.
