About the role
You’ll shape everything from raw model output to the final user experience. This is a hands-on role that defines how engineers explore, evaluate, and run document-understanding models in real products.
💡 What you’ll work on
- Create interfaces that reveal model reasoning and make complex extraction feel natural
- Move across APIs, inference layers, and UI to improve reliability and throughput
- Partner closely with founders, users, and the OSS community to refine ML-driven workflows

Compensation
