What We're Looking For

• 3–6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend or full-stack engineering background
• Experience building, owning, and operating production systems
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems, real-time infrastructure, or voice technologies
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or conversational platforms
• Experience scaling systems with high traffic and availability requirements
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and observability tools
