Senior Machine Learning Engineer

I'm hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-scaling German defence technology company building autonomous systems across air, land and sea. They're building a new central AI function focused on production autonomy for real-world unmanned platforms.

This role owns the full ML lifecycle, from collecting and mining real-world sensor data through scalable training, validation and deployment onto resource-constrained hardware. You'll work across perception, planning and ML infrastructure, with the opportunity to shape the architecture and engineering standards behind multiple autonomous platforms.

→ Build scalable data, annotation and cloud training infrastructure

→ Develop perception, planning and embedded ML systems

→ Own models from real-world data through edge deployment
