Senior NLP Engineer - San Francisco (Onsite)
A Seed funded startup that is building an AI-powered social matchmaker are looking for a Senior NLP Engineer to join their team.
What will I be doing
- Build and ship production conversational and language systems for agentic AI
- Design reliable retrieval, context, and memory pipelines
- Develop agent orchestration, evaluation, safety, and observability
- Own NLP systems end to end, from model integration to live behavior
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of hands-on NLP engineering in production
- 2+ years building LLM-enabled systems in production
- Experience shipping conversational or multi-turn agent systems
- Production experience with LangGraph and/or LangChain
- Strong TypeScript and Python skills
